    Mr. Mitsuhiro Anzo, a wine maker and alumnus of GSALS, explains the relationship between wine and microorganisms, with particular focus on Japanese wines. To coincide with the release of a film portraying the life of Mr. Anzo, we invited the film director, Mr. Yuji Kakizaki, for a dialogue.
