Using heavy horses to plow is now considered the most healthy way to maintain planting soils….tractors are rather brutal to the land and the creatures in the soil. Bravo to this gentleman for keeping the tradition alive. Best wishes Edith and Norse!

That's a disgusting comment. This lovely lady had polio as a child and those hands are the result. Just be grateful you've not had that horrible disease 😮

In Canadian terms, it’s like a high protein flour ( bread flour).
All purpose flour is fine.
