The one & ONLY, Dr. Clay Evans bringing remarks at the COGIC Convocation. The thing that distinguished him for many of his peers was that even as a Baptist, he had the versatility to go anywhere or any stage and be effective, while still remaining true to who he was. You know as a baptist preacher, you ALWAYS have to sneak a whoop in some kind of way lol, as only Rev. Evans could do! This was so special and too precious not to post.

the body of Christ would be a force to be reckoned with if Baptists and The COGIC came together as one body. Jesus is coming back for bride, not a denomination.

Putting Rev Charles Jenkins was a great decision. Dr Evens lived long enough to see two men come after him.

One thing about Cogic folk they dont take kindly to anyone who aint cogic coming into there're church trying to preach a different holyghost you can just see the cogic mothers behind him whispering the thing is like Rev Evans said hes gods Preacher not any denomenation and its funny because as i recall most cogic were baptist first ! The baptist denomination is older than cogic , pentecostal, apostolic, fbhc, cotljc, ect! So i really dont know what the discrimination comes from after all Jesus himself is neither because he was born a JEW!!!!!!!💯🤷🏾‍♀️🙄

I don't agree with the politics of Church of God in Christ either because you have people that don't even like the presiding bishop because of politics

Cogic is a very political organization. I think Baptists have better preachers primarily because they won't worried about building alliances and advancing their political career
