22 Bangladeshi Arrested in Lae -- Illegal Imigration

The immigration task force team arrested 22 Bangladeshi nationals in several raids this afternoon in Lae.
They also uncovered multiple instances where Papua New Guineans working in foreign owned shops were being paid well below the minimum wage.

How this people passed their English test to enter foreign country?? I don't see them speaking any good english. Do we have a requirement in the immigration for a foreigner to be english qualified to enter our country?? Why let them in at the first place?? How did they come here and who do we blame??? Thumbs up the immigration task force for such a patriotic job.

Well done Morobe province. National Capital District is filled with these illegal Chinese and foreigners working every where. They are even mistreating and abusing our locals who works for them. All foreigners who wanted to acquire work permit to work in PNG should have at least an advanced degree or PHD in their respective fields. We don't need college graduates or technical workers. Even our very own University graduates are jobless or doing a job that isn't related to their field of studies.... We are talking about taking PNG back and I thank Morobe province for leading the way. Port Moresby we need to wake up and take action.
