shield is spam greed essence until whatever spell damage roll you want and having one prefix and one suffix open; craft prefixes cannot be changed and aug chaos with harvest to force +1, for suffix you craft prefix cannot be changed and do reforge/aug crit until high spell crit, then you can veiled chaos or just craft amulet I bought one with +1all and life, forced +1 chaos with harvest, reforged crit for multi and endedup with int(not needed)
if you have a 82ilvl or below wand with fractured spell damage , you use THREE socketed resonators with shuddering+corroded+shuddering until you get +1 to all and +1 chaos; use prefixes cannot be changed and reforge or add remove crit until you hit the crit chance you desire and craft mine throwing speed (on my wand after I got the crit I used "can have 3 crafted mods + prefix cannot be changed and a veiled orb, but this can remove crit so yeah its expensive)

How did you craft shield and amulet?
