Hell yeah! Favorite weapon in the game right there! It replaced the Threaded Cane for my favorite because it's so much better at staggering foes, and the second attack in the R2 combo is just utterly devastating against regular-sized foes. Thanks for sharing this!
No matter how many videos I watch, how many times I play and try this boss, and how many instances I win against him. I still fail to comprehend his movements.
Fucking awesome dude! Do you mind posting your build? I'm doing another run through of the game with a different character and I want to main this weapon. If you want you can just post it as a reply here. Great vid, Liked and subbed.
Thanks! I forgot the exact Blood gems equipped in this weapon but as far as I remember it has 2pcs of Heavy Abyssal +64 Str with 5% Phy Atk Up in Full HP and 1pc of Cursed Tempering 27% Phy Atk Up.
If you are planning to use this it takes time to get use this it's pretty challenging to use I might say because the attacks are slow so you can't dodge immediately when it needs you just really need to practice Laurence's patterns, but if you master this weapon against him if you use other weapons it would be easy (:
I'm gonna guess you already have the biggest and best blood gems on that? Meanwhile I'm only tickling him on NG because I don't have the patience or time to take a whole week (I'd probably be lucky for it to go that fast) just to dive into all the Chalice Dungeons, get all these gems, and then actually get to fight him and maybe do lIke 20% more damage. All that trouble, effort, time and bullshit for just one rune. If you can't already tell, it drives me up the wall how much extra HP and resistances (padding) all these bosses have, and the ludicrous differences between how much damage you take from alternative sources, like fire and arcane, but then it barely makes a difference when you tack those same stats onto your own weapons. Crazy thought, to give us any kind of advantage of our own at all, instead of just making everything a stupid padded endurance-test slog.
farm winter lantern in fishing hamlet, they drop cursed gem 15-17 and its more than enough to turn even rifle spear into badass. I always play NG with weird build or handicap run every weekend, took 1 or roughly 3 day to beat all bosses including dlc bosses per run. and winter lantern in fishing hamlet is always my way to go for easy cursed bloodgem farming.

Celesterian Games Thank you!
Wow, nice damage
The beast cutter is so stupidly good I can fight most things without them even going able to hit me the weapon almost feels TO safe sometimes
how do you do that insane dmg with beast cutter? what is your stats and gems for the beast cutter? 50 strenght and blunt gems maybe?
It's probably a max level char not gonna lie lol
Is the weapon gemmed out?
I am stuck in him in ng+ and I even lvled pizza cutter to 10 for him but I also thought maybe I should do beast cutter for the range :/
