Maybe potential buyers are waiting for prices to go down 🤔
House prices are only flat in nominal terms. Factor in inflation (and the costs associated with ownership) and they are down significantly.
Need another 80% drop .. price to median income too high given interest rates / quality of construction / other scams that were run during the money laundering era 2010-17 and low rates which is now downshifted via car thefts lol !
