Who says that? Seriously? Human beings. All the time. It's usually said in the context of giving excuse to those dancers that are not in sync. I've heard it many times as a dancer from regular folk who have never danced a step in their lives. It's wrong, but it's most certainly said. SMH. Man, the things people get uppity on RUclips are astonishingly silly.
