    I’ve found one today. Seriously considering making a purchase one of the coolest guns I’ve seen in a long time.

      @Felipe Travecier Probably just needs the pivot channel be cleaned out. The grease is probably gummed up.

    I own one of these rifles and they aren't failures! I have a collection of Winchester lever actions and the "Kentucky twist " rifle is just as cool if not more so. If this gun had been put in service a year earlier they would have had one hell of a reputation(imo). It's too bad ammo is impossible to find.

    Knowing Triplett is my family, arrived 1714 from that area to W.V. The Triplett &Scott guns on Display at Gettysburg Museum, I 'm thinking these men are right and wrong, other Gun on Display made by Triplett & Scott, though been years since I was there, could be wrong which Rifle is on display. I want one.
