While the lgbtq+ people can say it, we (and yes I say we, I am queer) still try to avoid saying it to insult someone, even if they are straight, as it can still sound kind of homophobic. And, forgive me for this, but I don't really know if you can reclaim the slur, as I just randomly found this video and decided to watch it- And, even if the oc can reclaim it, if you cannot, then you shouldn't be saying it...
