I don't care for the nori either. You can order rolls wrapped in either soy, or rice paper instead. Both are amazing. I get the crunchy roll made this way.

Oh, I love sushi! Everything looks so delicious! For someone that is trying it for the first time, I would recommend the California roll and then from there Shaggy Dog. Those were the two rolls that I fell in love with and now I love it all, raw or cooked. When you talked about chicken and waffles, it took me back when I was first introduced to it. The company I worked for at the time treated everyone for lunch. I thought it was the weirdest thing also lol I thought to myself I’m going to eat the waffles for breakfast and then I’ll eat the chicken for lunch. Lol. I had a coworker tell me to try it. OMG it was the best thing ever. Hahaha
