The overall impression is that this beer is like a mix of sour and wheat beer, with Belgian yeast, which gives a slightly dirty, ethereal taste. The smell is bready, wheaty, slightly sour. The taste is sour, bitter, juicy, fruity, citrusy. The aftertaste is bitter, bready, quite dry. My main problem with this beer is that it resembles mash. The bitterness in the beer, which is most likely from the addition of Tangelo (but clearly not from the hops), reminds me of the bitterness of mash.
