A friend of mine had a metal fuel tank in his back yard, to use with his oil burner, and he didn't need it any more, so I decided to take it, and cut it, and make a wood stove for heating and cooking. The metal sheets are 3mm thick, perfect for handling the heat, and easy to work with. After taking the measurements, I cut the pieces and started assembly.
The important thing is to keep it as rectangular as possible, but if we miss a couple of millimeters, it's not a big deal.
The assembly process I show in the video is pretty self explanatory, and eventualy it turned out to be pretty good. Only negative: the wheels. They are just for moving it around. They can't handle the heat, so we remove them after moving the stove.
It's important to burn it for a couple of days, so as to peel off any previous paint, and then we can srape off any paint that is not burned, and paint it with heat resistant paint. It's gonna be great.
