Why did they try to better Civ 1? Civ 2 is the same game except improved in every way. Civ 3 - 6 the gameplay is rubbish. The graphics are very good in Civ 3 after that the graphics are terrible, they get in tge way of being able to play the game, instead of getting better castles, wonder movies, cool but visible characters and land, and similar game mechanics as 1 and 2. Civ 4 - 6 are unplayable Civ 3 is good, I like culture in it actually, but, game mechanics that make conquest and capturing cities a hinderance with no bonuses - why !!!!!!!?
Agree with you, I maybe played Civ III one or two times, agree graphic was great. I would like Civ 1 with maybe smarter AI for computer, less limit of maximum troops which you hit later in the game, and some smaller changes, update graphic etc... but all in all it is a great game :)
I have watched and played Civ 1 a lot Most people play it but Civ 2 is just as good I think Multiplayer online civ 1 or 2 is what I want to start playing This was an interesting game !
thanks, yes I played multi player on civ 1 with a friend, however it went out of sync so often, and we were on the same LAN so we could never finish it.
