Any way to force the Ghost King out of the circle once he teleports? He usually does not move at all and so, I can not reach him.

Get far enough away that he either moves towards you or teleports again

rousing gives +2 to all stats. this means the 2nd rousing will have those stats and so it will last longer becaue of +2 resourcefulness and +2 will

I just go in squire greys for the boss kills, and just find the best weapons and str/dex gear I can in the dungeon on the way

Bards definitely the best at bosses super easy and wat more efficient than warlock because of shriek of weakness why mostly everyone runs bard these days

Base kit wise i think warlock is easiest and bard is fastest and fast is best to me
