I cant believe it im in total shock this hits hard for me as it does for a lot of people i grew up watching Full House and Fuller house and i still watch them today but this one hurts R.I.P Bob Saget thank you for the amazing memories we all love you and we all miss you :(
As a teenager, I was like Bob and didn't like full house. I thought it didn't speak truth of life. Sometimes I would watch with friends and think Dave was cute🙄now I think why🤦 Then I grew up and heard Bob Saget speak and understood his deep love for family those here and gone and comedy. He's the handsome one with this soul❤️Bob was evolving and this podcast was wonderful. Bob lived in love and kindness❤️ How I wish he was my friend. I know no one so available and kind. What a loss for his family and friends. He should have lived so many many more years.😔
I just watched a clip of Full House of them in DJ and Stephanie's bedroom and I noticed a certificate on the corkboard that had the name Jennifer Winchester. It all makes sense now.

OMG. Did anyone catch that at 17:50? They were talking about Scott's Mom having the same Birthday as Bob's sister who passed away. The birthdate is January 9th. Bob said that Jan 9th is a hard day for his family for that reason. And Bob died on January 9th, 2022.
I still can't accept the fact that he's gone. It's kind of surreal that he passed on his sister's birthday. I was an 80s and 90s kid and I grew up on Full House and then obviously fan girled over Fuller House in my 30s. I feel like such a huge part of my youth has died. He was taken from us FAR too soon.
I am 41 and still go to sleep to Full House on one of my earbuds. I have watched the show so many times that my brain is used to it, therefore I can sleep(I have severe Tinnitus). I think I have seen every episode too many times to count. It'd be a record, I think. I thank you Bob and the cast. When I was young I would daydream of sitting around the table eating with the full house family-as I was a latchkey child and supper was a couple hotdogs in the microwave. My mom was working or working on herself. Anyways, I just like to see a kinder gentler Bob Saget. I had a friend tell me that Bob was rude to.him when he (nervously) asked Mr Saget if he needed any help with the jackets he was looking at at an airport store and he was very rude. I just told my friend that every person has bad days so don't take it personally. I still love you Bob. 👌

@@sl4983 thank you, I cried when my brother texted me the news of Bob. He was my fantasy Dad, although my biological Dad was gentle, sweet and amazing, I did not live with him nor see him enough, but I digress.
Now I can not watch Full House because I will be sad about Bob and I am in bed with major depression. But, eventually I will. I understand life and death more than many, as I have palliative care Certification, studied Buddhism and Christianity, death rituals in other cultures and religions, as well as Meditation and Psychedelic Ego Dissolution..but grief is as natural as death. Sorry for that. I know Bob Saget is hanging with Rodney Dangerfield and strumming his guitar in the great beyond.

True Full and Fuller house fan. Born in 1985 but I watched the whole thing with enjoyment. An entertaining relaxing just simple talk about many things. Real people talk, tidbits, extra info, normal talk about your life, past and present. Amazing! Thank you for your time. Incredible! Never boring, a lot of love and a lot of humor which I love a lot. I take humor many places and thats how i deal with things but also that's my personality. I don't know if you will physically see this post but thank you Bob Sagot and your whole full and fuller house family! Your truly one of a kind and always part of my life.

I cant speak for everyone, but in my case, as a kid, I assumed aladdin was voiced by an Indian actor. It wasn't until my teens when I was like. . .wait a minute. . . . . .IS THAT YOU AL!?!? and then looked him up on IMDB.

I happen to be in the middle of watching Ken Burns's "Hemingway" project right now. So much that I didn't know about him and his family, and surprising amount of Q-ness (not standing for "quarantine", but in the best of respect). The legal and psychological treatment of Gregory Hemingway is a startling reminder of how recently LGBTQ identity started being accepted as a legit social diversity, and not to be seen as grounds for arrest or barbaric "treatments". And it's a first world problem (relatively speaking) what rights and advocacy LGBTQ individuals have here in the U.S..
Hearing the back to school anecdote reminds me of when you (Bob) played a high school teacher in "Raising Dad". Any possibility of future podcasts with screen daughters Kat Dennings or Bree Larsen?

Yea, if there's one thing I cant stand, its flashback episodes that show scenes from previous episodes. And most of the series finale was just that. I guess had the show not stayed in syndication that might've carried more weight. But because the show was on repeat to infinitum, we saw every episode multiple times anyway, so seeing another episode DURING an episode was just pure overkill.
Theres a lot of other ways it could've gone, rather then the old amnesia story, which for some reason was really popular in tv shows at that time.
