yay! love this! thanks for sharing this information
Thank you for the excellent questions 💪
Definitely need more information on this. Born with clubbed foot and then went infantry. I've had a hell of a time finding shoes to help deal with pain when walking around (even without carrying anything). Ankle will lock up and have almost no mobility plus pain. Nothing I've worn seems to help (tennis shoes, sneakers, boots). Tried it all seemingly.
Have you tried full rocker soles from heel to toe?
Thanks for the video. I am still trying to play basketball w/ ankle arthritis. Any recommendations on basketball shoes?
That's a tough one, as a rocker soled basketball shoe won't give you good ankle stability. You may want to consider ankle bracing or taping to help reduce ankle motion when playing ball.
Can you recommend any natural rubber/ latex free shoes? I have RA, no deformities. But I have wide feet and alot of calusses. Doc said wear the mesh kind of sneakers and get insoles..
Rubber is not the softest material, so not always the best option for plantar callousing. Orthotics with offloads can help relieve pressure on the calloused areas. Why are you looking for rubber shoes? For a waterproof option?
I have a bit of knee arthritis. What shoe would you recommend that doesn’t have as much of a drop in it that has maximum cushioning? I’d be really interested to hear your opinion. I’m trying to do more distance running without pain.
For zero drop shoes with cushioning check out the Altra brand. The new Torin 7 has better cushioning than the precursors, but features the brand's natural foot shape design, as well as their zero drop foam base. You may also want to try products such as Noene to improve shock absorption.
What about people with rheumatoid arthritis? Can you please make a video about that. Thank you
RA is a bit more complicated. Depends if you have toe deformities or not. Sometimes shoes will have to be combined with orhotics for pressure relief. Anything in particular you want to know?
Hi could you tell me how to order the shoes
Which ones?
I have osteoarthritis and need a hip replacement but can’t afford it so I need a shoes to help sir port my weight I am heavy set please advise me
@@nelciawilliams4181 The New Balance 928 is a very stable shoe with a rocker forefoot. The stability web in the heel gives it strong structure that also prevents the midsole material from breaking down prematurely. You can check them out here: amzn.to/3aJUCiy
Happiness in my heart, my arthritis problems is cured, I have suffer arthritis for over 8years but after I use a powerful herbal remedy I got from Dr osagie7 RUclips channel, am from UAE ❤️❤️
Can you please do a video on shoes for gout sufferers?
Gout is usually treated with medication. There is no particular footwear for gout. However, clients prefer footwear that limits pressure on the affected joint. This usually results in clients purchasing extra depth footwear, flip flops or shoes with soft stretchy uppers.
@@FootGeekzTV Thank you for your response. I agree with your points.
Heel drop is too low in Hokas, only 4mm-6mm. Not good for Insertional Achilles Tendonitis/Achilles Bursitis.
Thanks for adding your input!
Hello mam I have Ankel arthritis , 37 y old daily 10 h duty please suggest me which company shoes better for me 🙏 please mam
Joya or MBT shoes may work for you, but it all depends on whether the ankle needs cushioning or stability. In some cases an arch support or orthotic may be more appropriate.
Thank you for reply thank you so mucham
What are the best shoes for walking
That's a great question. All of the shoes mentioned in the video can be used for walking. However, depending on your foot condition some may be better than others. Not sure? Book a complimentary assessment with a local pedorthist near you. Check for locations here: footsolutions.com/locations
My father is suffering with Medial Osteoarthritis, Please suggest some good shoes.
It is very severe, Grade 4. Please understand the emergency and reply
There are a lot of factors that we have to take into consideration. Does he have high arches or low arches? Does he currently wear cushioned shoes? What type of shoes is he wearing currently? Does he have a knee brace to offload pressure? What have you tried so far?
@@FootGeekzTV Hi, Thankyou for the questions. He has a normal arch, He uses normal sandal as of now, He is currently using Ossur Unloader One x Knee brace for both the legs. Thinking a best shoes to provide the max comfort.
@@FootGeekzTV Please suggest me the best shoes....
