Excellent overview . Please make a video on repolishing old furniture including the damaged area ka repair. I am sure iska format will be slightly different than polishing the new wood or new furniture .

Sir epoxy 1 coat, sealer 2 coat, pu gloss 2 coat is enough for wood polish to last longer more than 5-7 years?

I think he mentioned it in the video that PU polish will ge suitable for surfaces exposed to weather .

Sir I have sheesham wood doors and doing non colour lakhdana spirit polish. Is my decision ok or go for something else I want natural colour of wood and shine. Money no issue but not PU since after 5-10years need to do PU from start and in spirit only 2-3 coats work
Lakh dana will give a brown tint. For natural colour white Shellac will be better i suppose.

Could you please tell what is meant by 10% gloss? Metro with 10% gloss was mentioned in invoice for a sheesham bed that I had purchased online in 2021. I want similar finish for a new teak bed which I am making from a local painter. He says hand finish or gloss finish. What are these percentages in gloss finish. Wanted to understand so that I can explain to him. Could you please tell? Thanks

All wood polish can be applied on veneer. Think like this, veener is a layer of wood. So all polish that can be applied on wood can be done on veneer. Precaution is that, it's a thin layer so don't rub off too much.

Mujhe apni kitchen cabinets k partition marbel k banwane hai, because of termite and seepage issue. Kisni ne mujhe bola ki kitchen drawer channel k screw marbel pr jyada time tak nahi Lage reh payenge. Or ek person ne suggest Kiya k 2 pcs marbel k le kr uske beech mein 6mm ki ply paste krwa kr uske partition banwana chahiye. Jisse screw acche se lag sake. Pls suggest kya krna behtar rahega

Sir aapne 2 categories polish bataya. Melamine aur PU second category me after hai. First category me kaunsa polish atta hai ? Spirit+lakdana wala ? How about lacquer .
Ek baar firse video dekhiye. Ya fir aapka sawaal dobara puchiye.
Sir kuch log Dana lakh wali polish ma taali(syana) ka clr daal k lgatey hn or kuch synthetic varnish ma clr or kerosene oil daal k furniture pa lgatey hn. Dono ma kya faraq ha. Mera matt furniture ha nichey se thori polish utar gai ha use cover in ma se kis tareekey se kya ja sakta ha. Dana lakh wali polish kafi dfa ma ghr pa bna chuki hun
For touch up you can apply what you have made. Dikkat aaye to emery paper se scrap kar lena.
