Just fill up your pink jug and sit it in the refrigerator-when you get ready for some water just pour it in a glass from your pink jug. That way it stays cold and you can tell how much you have consumed and how much more you have to drink before the end of the day

I bought a glass water bottle and just put my own rose quartz and amethyst in it and filled it with water and drank the water from it. Now I will keep an eye out for the bottle in Marshall's😊

The crystal drink bottle is STUNNING!! and that price is insane. In regard to the waist slimmers, the type that have underwear attached are super good for not rolling. I still wear my regular underwear underneath, but they are really good. If you have the shapermint brand available in the US I'd suggest them personally, wait for one of their 40% off sales as they have them very often 😊

It’s probably safer to keep the glass bottle as your bedside water. Chug first thing to get the day started right and to end the day also. Less likely to break it that way.

I have been using a 40oz thermal waterbottle and I fill it up 2-3x a day . About 10-15+ cups a day. Also when I add ice in the morning there would be ice in the next morning . I take medication in the morning and like to hydrate my throat so it’s nice by my bed side . I’m the type of person who likes icy water too or like the ice more than the liquid . You should of gotten a thermal instead of a plastic! also your videos are awesome!💕💖💓
Marshall have nice items but unfortunately I have to travel 30 minutes to the nearest Marshall in North Carolina. I've never seen crystal water bottle have cool is that!
