Mine is going in the bin, It was working great, then I went to bed, the next day it wouldnt turn on, just flashes up a white screen. I didnt try to modify or do anything to it, simply siwtched it off and went to bed after successfully using it on ft8.
Keep making those videos about this version of the radio...atm there isn't much about it.

Best thing i can recommend with these is use an auto tuner, you will get the most out of the radio

You just need reload firmware it’s all in the learning

I have this same radio. it is now a brick. went to turn it on and wont come on anymore. any ideas on what to do to fix it.
Sounds like you need to reload the original firmware for the Orange buttons

Same with mine, I didnt even try to update it or anything, working one day, white screen the next.
