I am beyond thrilled that you posted this. I have been looking for the complete recording for decades now. I am the baritone tenor you hear. I did a bunch of tracks for Disney (studio singer). Some of which can still be heard at the parks.
Foxxy Hooves at the moment....FANTASMIC. My solo is the princess unit. I also have three Disney movies to my credit. IMDb.com. Search for brian Harvey VI
Peter Vadala I do t live in California anymore. My agent was furious when I moved. I just couldn’t afford so cal anymore. I did mostly commercial work....if the commercial does not air...you don’t get paid. I was the albatross of the theatrical world. If I did a commercial they decided not to air it. If I got a part on a tv show, the show got cancelled. I had this desire to eat

The Sherman Brothers were such a gift to the world. They were true gentlemen. I wrote them fan letter in the 90's, and Robert wrote me back, inquiring about my interest in music. What a gem!
My upstairs neighbor in an apartment building in Richmond, VA used to sing this song very loudly almost every morning during the summer of 2011. He eventually moved out and left all his shoes, books, furniture, and clothes. He took all his silverware, cups, and dishes.
I have memories of this at both Magic Kingdom, and Epcot's theaters. I can only wish now to go back with the appreciation of it all, that I have now. A wonderful moment I still remember, is my dad buying me a SMRT-1 slide puzzle under the 80's golf ball on a rainy bummer day. Reliving such days, would truly be Heaven.
One of the finest orchestras besides the Arthur Fiedler Boston Pops Orchestra with whom I've had the pleasure performing as the featured soloist.. Love the Disney style arrangement embellishments and the elite group of gentlemen vocalists. Don't forget to say Cheese!! Thank you all for the memories.

Love this song! Wish they had kept this for "Honey I Shrunk the Audience", instead of that "True Colors" snoozefest. Not knocking the original by Cyndi Lauper, but the treatment given by Disney/Kodak was way too schmaltzy and felt like it was never going to end. I imagine the presentation with this song was a lot more lively!
lyrics Long before the old Model T (Bum bum bum bum) 'round about the turn of the century Folks discovered a barrel of fun (bum bum bum bum) Taking pictures by the light of the sun Smile, hug, look at the camera Hold your breath and say cheese! (CHEESE!) Little did they realize back then, They were making memories (Good ol' memories) Making memories, making memories Taking pictures is making memories Catching little pieces of time Making them yours, and making them mine Birthday faces and happy places we love to hold near and dear, And when we're making memories, happy days can reappear Then the flappers appeared on the scene, Rumble seats and twenty cent gasoline Radios and dizzle and jazz, Round your cameras and razzamatazz Snap shots hug the whole family Give that button a squeeze! Little did they realize back then, They were making memories Making memories, making memories Taking pictures is making memories Catching little pieces of time Making them yours, making them mine Great vacations and celebrations Can fade away in a year But when we're making memories Happy days can reappear All around us Everywhere we look Every moment that we live Can fill a picture book (Picture book) Light and shadows Smiles and sentimental tears They're the special moment We can cherish through the years Now we shoot whatever we see Night or day in color photography Candid shots of baby at play Photo finishes, tigers at bay. Hey, don't look into the camera Let's be natural please! And with every single shot we take, We are making memories Making memories, making memories Taking pictures is making memories Catching little pieces of time Making them yours, making them mine Great vacations and graduations Can fade away in a year And when we're making memories, Happy days can reappear All around us In our ever-changing world We can see your galaxy With all the grass unfurled Light and shadows Travel corners of the Earth Tell the story of good times Our pride, our dreams, our world... ONE! MORE! TIME! The Kodak Song!
Written by the legendary Sherman brothers.
My FAVORITE Disney tune
Come on, I just want to get inside magic journeys!
I knew there was a longer version to this! Would you happen to know what release this could be found in? I'd like to get my hand on the LP/CD
RIP Sherman Brothers 🥺
I tried to upload this several times, but it was blocked each time.
TheMellowPumpkin by Disney? Probably copyright strikes.
lyrics
Long before the old Model T (Bum bum bum bum)
'round about the turn of the century
Folks discovered a barrel of fun (bum bum bum bum)
Taking pictures by the light of the sun
Smile, hug, look at the camera
Hold your breath and say cheese! (CHEESE!)
Little did they realize back then,
They were making memories (Good ol' memories)
Making memories, making memories
Taking pictures is making memories
Catching little pieces of time
Making them yours, and making them mine
Birthday faces and happy places we love to hold near and dear,
And when we're making memories, happy days can reappear
Then the flappers appeared on the scene,
Rumble seats and twenty cent gasoline
Radios and dizzle and jazz,
Round your cameras and razzamatazz
Snap shots hug the whole family
Give that button a squeeze!
Little did they realize back then,
They were making memories
Making memories, making memories
Taking pictures is making memories
Catching little pieces of time
Making them yours, making them mine
Great vacations and celebrations
Can fade away in a year
But when we're making memories
Happy days can reappear
All around us
Everywhere we look
Every moment that we live
Can fill a picture book (Picture book)
Light and shadows
Smiles and sentimental tears
They're the special moment
We can cherish through the years
Now we shoot whatever we see
Night or day in color photography
Candid shots of baby at play
Photo finishes, tigers at bay.
Hey, don't look into the camera
Let's be natural please!
And with every single shot we take,
We are making memories
Making memories, making memories
Taking pictures is making memories
Catching little pieces of time
Making them yours, making them mine
Great vacations and graduations
Can fade away in a year
And when we're making memories,
Happy days can reappear
All around us
In our ever-changing world
We can see your galaxy
With all the grass unfurled
Light and shadows
Travel corners of the Earth
Tell the story of good times
Our pride, our dreams, our world...
ONE!
MORE!
TIME!
Making memories, making memories
Taking pictures is making memories
Catching little pieces of time
Making them yours, making them mine
Great vacations and celebrations
Can fade away in a year
'Cause when we're making memories
Making memories, making memories
Taking pictures is making memories
Catching little pieces of time
Making them yours, making them mine
Great vacations and celebrations
We love to hold near and dear,
And when we're making memories,
Happy days can reappear!
Look at the birdie!
I like this version much better!
It's good I love it good job
This should be Kodak’s company theme.
