Moscow,Russia, my last day in Moscow, just went out for a wander along Old Arbat Street which is one of the oldest streets in Moscow, last time i was here it was pretty busy for the time of year, after this wander i went to take the first of many overnight trains on my Trans siberian journey...almost missed the train too! next vlog...

Но не лекарство. Просто снимает боль на время. Если у вас нет медицинской страховки, придется заплатить. Но не много по западным меркам. При сильных болях можно позвонить в скорую помощь. Обычно это номер 112. Первую помощь там окажут бесплатно.
Я кстати не знаю как сейчас, но когда я ездил в Англию 6 лет назад, мне на сайте их сказали что мне не нужна страховка так как у наших стран обоих бесплатная по сути медицина и у нас договор что англичане если что когда приехали туристами к нам могут использовать нашу медицину если что случилось бесплатно, и так же русские если что случилось использовать английскую медицину бесплатно.

Да при сломанных рёбрах ничего не делают. Пропишу тот же Нимесил или другое болеутоляющее. А так, только ждать, когда срастётся.

Доброго дня. Будучи иностранными гражданином без омс, лежал две недели в инфекционной больнице в Москве. Чем я болею не нашли, но по результатам анализов лечили антибиотиками, когда появилась аллергическая реакция, добавили антигистаминные и сменили антибиотик. Анализы, компьютерная томография лёгких, препараты, пребывание в палате, включая трёхразовое питание, вызов скорой и перевозка меня в больницу - все бесплатно.
У меня был полис ДМС, но он не относился к полученным мною услугам.
Моя признательность врачам второй инфекционной больницы за внимание и заботу.

The Donbass kids killed in 2014 is true,I remember those events very clearly and i was only a teenager myself.I watched multiple indie western journalists or civilians turned journalists not out of their own will who reported everything that has happened in Ukraine ever since late 2013 when shit hit the fan. Graham Philips lived in Ukraine ever since world cup and ended up living in pro-Russian part of the region covering daily shellings on non-military targets by Ukraine,also Patrick Lancaster,both still have youtube channels dating back 9 years and those videos portray dead bodies of children,the interviews of the families ect. you can't fake that,it's not some gov payed journalists talking nonsence it's live scenes with barely no commentary. The largest souvenirs and flea market is situated in Izmaylovo Kremlin, close to Partisanskaya tube station. Just 6 stops by tube and a bit by foot from the endz where you were strolling around. The price in there is far cheaper, bowever a variaty of goods is impressed.

Small tips for tourists:
At 3:33 you can see grayish building on the other side of the road, next to the metro entrance. It is the first Russian electro theater - "Khudozhestvenny", one of the oldest in the world. It was built in 1909 and renovated just a couple years ago. It's still operating, showing good classical movies. Also you can have there a nice cup of coffee with some bohemian atmosphere or just take photos of interior, the entrance is free. There's a fountain inside and a small library.
Nimesil is a good one, does the job and pretty fast! Just don't use it with the empty stomach.

By the way, there's a tiny cafe close toДетский мир and Жигули restaurant you walked by, called ПЫШКИ with very delicious donuts a-la Moscow.

In Russia u can video shooting all people in all public places (streets, shops for instance) by a main law (Constitution). But u must respect private, so if some person pleased u not to share part of video with him - u dont have rights to share this part.
If its some official at work or police (in accepted places) - u can share in every cases - when they on work, they not counts as private person afaik.

Мой родной город, мои любимые улицы…на этом всё! Москва моя дорогая, давным давно совсем не та. Её сделали искусственной, без души… вся эта плитка, день печений и варений…она задыхается😢 Прогуляться бы по бульварному кольцу, патриаршие…там есть ещё места, где Москва есть не тронутая со всеми своими улочками, но это уже жемчужины города.

Вообще, в Москве полицейские очень не любят две вещи. Пьяных на улицах и митингующих, без специального разрешения в центре. И первый и второй случай как правило заканчивается в отделении полиции. Правда. и в первом и во втором случае задержанных отпускают чрез некоторое время. Митингующих через 2-3 часа, пьяных - как протрезвеют.
Меня в Москве за всю жизнь полицейские останавливали один раз. Поздоровались, спросили откуда я и куда сейчас так быстро иду (я на работу опаздывал) и всё. Пожелали хорошего дня.
А вообще, Москва - один из самых безопасных городов на планете. Особенно центр Москвы.
