Flooring looks weird in the first apartment. How did they select such shade? Rooms look massive. Are the overhead sprinklers pipes going to be covered by builder? Thanks
The marble choice is unusual, but now it’s up for interior works so I’m curious to see how it’ll turn out; I doubt the sprinklers will be covered, they’ll likely be rerouted to accommodate the false ceiling design by our individual interior designer.
Poor material selection and substandard quality when compared to other projects in the nearby area. False marketing - this project doesn't qualify for uber luxury project status at all. Buyers don't overly dependent on the builder reputation.
