To people who still have the same problem after trying everything on this video. I got the same text on all internet explorex mozila and chrome. Story is i had hotspot sheald installed. After a while i decided to uninstall it. After uninstalling i got this problem after every tip and fix i tried, that i found on the net. But after 2 hours of trying to fix it i came up with this fix: 1 Go to control panel > system and security > windows firewall 2 Go to advanced settings (on the left) 3 On the right side you will see "restore default policy" Done Note that i did all of these things: Fushed the dns, and changed the ipv4 prefered server to 8.8.8.8 adn he next one to 8.8.4.4. I found this after i noticed that, after turning of the firewall i was able to access all sites, and the dns error was gone.

Tive o mesmo problema, e alterei diversas vezes dns e ip local. Até que descobri que era o firewall bloqueando SVCHOTS.EXE '--
