    Yum a fun start to the mother sauce series! I’ll be teaching stocks and sauces to my grade 12 students this year. I’ll definitely refer them to this video

    Mister, Your lobsters were alive. Yes, I know but... that killed the mood for me. I know you did not use a humane way to kill them. That is tragic to me. Can't watch ur video. Nothing personal. Great cooking, but next time bring the critters already dead

      Having them already killed somehow makes it more humane? You know at stores they often put them in steamers live without the freezing or the instant kill of head first in boiling water.
