@@franzpeters3824 I guess that's one of my keys to success. haha)) I think it's better to use both characters, but I'm bias, I still prefer traditional character. It's stupid and annoying one same language has two different ways to write...Anyways..

@@franzpeters3824 Yes, teachers are only allowed to teach simplified characters at schools, but more than 90% of the Mandarin teachers from Taiwan will still provide both, because I think students deserve to know there is something called "traditional character" so the students can decided which one to learn eventually by themselves. :)

In one example you have written "I spend 10000 Dollars to buy this computer." Can we say "I spent 10000 Dollars to buy this computer."? Because it sounds better in the past tense. So the translation would be "Wo hua le yi wan kuai qian mai zhe tai diannao."
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Your videos are very helpful. Thanks a lot!👍🏼

you can say 他一天到晚看電視 but it sounds a little weird because youre saying he works all day which is not taken as a negative connotation. 他一天到晚 + action should be something which is not "good" like watching tv all day or playing games.
