You're saying a build is bad because it has a late timing due to being a level 25 talent. I'm saying level 25 doesn't mean a build is bad because dota 2 games will usually get to the point where you CAN hit the power spike.

Yeah, there is a problem with 25 talent, but hero clears creeps/camps pretty fast
