It’s very nice of nonna pia show her skill and passion for the Italian traditions food But the young generation of today they no cook no time prefer fast take way food plus no eat to stay slim , The old way and the first generation it’s all go no one bothers anymore to mix flour and eggs they buy ready in restaurants even if it’s not the same as nonna pia one , I’m second generation I’m still cook for my married children and grand children until I can Lot blessing
