Once he regained his confidence, he stopped wearing it as much, and now he even seems to loan it to other members of EXO when they are going through a time of doubt. The phrase means so much to him that Baekhyun uses the word "Fearless" in several of the designs for a clothing line he's a co-creative director for^.^
and that's why i want them to guest and sing in this show again. if i remember correctly the judges said they haven't grasp the emotion of the song yet because they are still young or something similar to that. i want them to perform on this show again, 5 years later, not as rookies anymore, and with so much more experience and so much improvement. if only sm actually has a brain to send them to immortal song again :(
wuyishuan I don’t think it’s their performance that didn’t win that day. I’ve watched the full episode and never ever desired to watch the winner’s performance again; it was ordinary. EXO debuted since 2012. They only did individual projects after that. Chen got a lot of OST songs, Baekhyun had a lot of colaboration with different singers, D.O had a lot of drama and movies, Lay had movies and solo albums, Suho had a few musicals and other members had different projects too like endorsements and movies. They are all versatile. They are the most awarded kpop group as per Guinness but they've always been so humble. That's what makes us EXO-L love them more.

I must say they got natural talent. These 2 from EXO train singing for a few months only; less than a year. (like literally 2,3, ...7 years) Baekhyun trained for four months before debuting in EXO. It just seems to come so naturally to him. Even when he's just speaking or joking around his voice is melodic. (and he is not my bias) For the record, Chen is amazing too. I believe he debuted after just a few months as well.

Though Baekhun’s voice is amazing, my favorite EXO voice is Chen’s. I saw this episode and these kids lost not because of lack of “emotion” as they disguised it, they actually said that they had not yet experienced in person the emotions ( falling in love and the subsequent heartbreak) that the writer of the song intended, the truth was that they did so good they put their sunbaes or seniors to shame. They were also in an episode of Immortal Songs where they were a part of a team... needless to say their other team members did not perform at the level these two young men did. Had the judging been fair, they would have won.

Baekhyun's my EXO bias so I always love watching reactions on his solo/unit performances! I remember when I first watched this I was so impressed. Chen had 2 live performances in the show, stained and drunken truth and he did really well so that all of the judges were amazed.
They are singing in a program called Immortal Songs, where artists of this generation perform songs that made history in Korea. The lady who appears in the video is the owner of the song. They lost because they supposedly did not show enough emotion... :/
I've learned Baekhyun is kind of pronounced like Beck-yun (2 syllable and the B almost sounds like a P) I would love to see you react to more of their English covers. Or if you are really brave... they have an amazing live version of an old Spanish song called 'Sabor A Mi'. My husband even likes that one.

At the MMA's BTOB performed amazingly without their main vocalist because he was enlisted to the military. So they performed 'Missing You' and dedicated this song to him by including his voice! The rest is performed live without backsound😊
