One of the key, psychological turning points in my change of heart and mind, to embrace Creation has been this never-ending "new discovery" headline trend in scientific articles over the decades. It so cringy, you read 3/4 of this sensationalized tripe to get to the same old story, "We think", "Might be", "Could be", etc. Yes, science is an ongoing effort and we need people to ask questions and do the research, but what boggles the mind is how many millions of people will take these "Maybe/Possibly/Might" articles and use them as ABSOLUTES, in their atheistic evangelism.
Isn’t that what every religion does? Comes up with excuse of why Islam is correct or why Buddhism is the right path or why Joseph Smith had it right? Many religions say “I don’t know what else it could be so it must be God” and that is the end of discussion. However with science, that is usually just the beginning of the discussion.

The non-religious definition starts at “I have an observation and this is as unbiased of a process that we can come up with to get to a conclusion.” Whereas, religion says, “We have an answer, how can we find reasons to support that conclusion?” There isn’t an off-ramp for religion using “science” to say their conclusion of a supernatural creator needs to be modified. I think it is dishonest to try and compare the two when one has an agenda to prove a god exists and one is trying to be use a transparent methodology to find answers. I would believe in a god if proven; would you be willing to say a god may not exist? If not, then you can’t say you are using the same scientific method.
The late Dr Chuck Missler spoke on this and gave the best answer and the reason they have to use the theory of there being dark matter is because they are using gravity as the ruling force in the universe and it is not it is secondary the actual ruling force is electromagnetism and when you apply electromagnetism instead of gravity you no longer have to fudge numbers a more in depth look into this can be found on Thunder bolts of the gods a documentary about electromagnetic energy

@Donkey Kong or the existing math algorithms that estimate galactic mass based on all spectrum radiation are incorrect or the perceived velocity of rotation is being over-estimated. I'm going with an incomplete understanding of space-time exactly as Neutonian physics was inadequate to describe the perihelion orbit of Mercury. It is more likely that Relativity and the various methods to calculate stellar and galactic mass by luminousity are in error given the number of fudge factors in these equations. I'm betting on the math being wrong not the existence of a particle that possesses mass but can't interact with EMR.
The known universe is immense beyond human comprehension. Billions of galaxies, some billions of light years away. And on earth, millions of species of plant and animal life. And scientists say it all just came about. Even geniuses like Galileo and Michelangelo and Ben Franklin recognized it all is the result of intelligent design, i.e. an all-powerful creator.

Or that he couldn't create the heavens (outer space) and the foundation of earth and leave it sit for any necessary amount of time and in 6 days create the fullness of the earth we know. My point being there is no evidence in this universe that contradicts an eternal creator, in fact the probability of anything else is extremely low, and extremely is an understatement.

In competition there are thousands of other non-Christian religions with completely different old books that all claim something completely different. The atheist has: Billions of research results and proofs that stand up to all tests (sometimes not) and mostly fit together perfectly. (rarely not) Still with some gaps, but which are slowly closing. (with some like dark matter/energy it still looks very bleak out) Created by millions of hard-working scientists from around the world who have been bringing together the work of many different branches of science for generations and can almost always confirm the results of the other branches. You have a delusional view of how much actual evidence there is from scientists. You have to have more faith to trust in their theories of chance. The real question and one that has actual facts to prove is whether Jesus rose from the grave. If He didn’t then He is irrelevant but if He did rise from the dead then it proves He was right. Dark matter is an imaginary particle that is invoked to make theoretical galactic rotation speed based on estimates of galactic mass and how "measured" rotational speed exceeds the amount of gravity of the galaxy to hold it together. Rather than proposing the discrepancy between estimated galaxy mass and speed indicates something is wrong with the math, the Theory of relativity or the postulate that mass of stars can be calculated based on light reaching the earth. Instead like the one panel member said "we know how the universe works but not what it is made of." This is the same hubris that leads scientists to say our math and theories can't be wrong there must be an invisible undetectable substance producing gravity that starlight estimates reveal. It's as preposterous as the imaginary planet that was supposed to be closer to the sun than Mercury because Neutonian mechanics couldn't describe the perihelion orbit. Could dark matter exist? Sure. But it certainly isn't the most probable reason for the speed/mass galaxy problem.

I'm sorry for the budding authors whose work will suffer for my comment. Dark matter exists for one reason alone. There is too much heat in the CMB to account for the amount of matter in the cosmos. In order for the CMB to be radiant light, they would need much more matter at the diffusion of light at the big bang. Enter dark matter. Ta da! The only reason dark energy exists is because there is no physical mechanism to drive the expansion of the vacuum of space. Let's forget about the possibility of space expanding. What could possibly drive the zero pressure of space? Dark energy. Voilá! Hebrews 1:3 Jesus sustains the cosmos.

So here we are, dark matter and energy! Is it absurd to believe that this phenomena which baffles the limited knowledge of humankind, actually be the effects of the creator's hand? I don't think there's any conflict between dark matter, dark energy, and a creator. It's simply a way of scientists to explain that there's something in the universe that's causing an apparent increase in mass and energy that we can observe through the way things move, but doesn't interact with light (electromagnetic radiation.)
If we are looking at dark matter through the eyes of a Christian then we better get some heavy glasses! These are the people who are still looking for a WOODEN Ark that has to be over 5000 years old. Wood usually disintegrates in 200 years.

The 'two slit' experiment makes no sense from an atheists perspective but from a Christian view it does. In fact all quantum physics makes perfect sense when you start believing that God 'spoke' the universe into existence and that by His will alone is the universe still here. One key question I'd ask an atheist is why are religions like hinduism, Islam, and Christianity older than Atheism or why did people of the past have not recorded any evidence of evolution instead of stories of their deities and forefathers.

I was just watching one of your videos about dinosaurs and the man speaking brought up the Jurassic movies. I haven't seen those and looked up some scenes and they all caused me anxiety. Do these movies take Jesus name in vain? Are there unholy scenes? Why would these movies be supported at answers in Genesis ?
The dinosaur bones that keep surfacing is one creation animal topic Iv never been much convinced of. And Im no fan of dinosaur movies myself or the marvel of its numerous varieties as factual for that matter. Maybe I'll go watch that episode some time. But for now Im wondering is it possible they have mistaken some other large animal bones (eg of mammoths) for dragon/dinosaur ones?
I find it confusing. This acknowledges the continual steps forward that man has made in understand how things work, but despite that mass of evidence, revert back to 6 days. For Eternal God then 13.4 billion years is nothing in his timeline. Setting new questions for man to educate himself seems logical. It helps man advance and at the same time God is setting up the next problem.
i do have a really important question god split the waters in half by creating space in between, named the lower water ocean and the water above the space sky but where would you think heaven is most people would say heaven is in the clouds or in the sky but by going into space wouldn't we have to go through heaven or is heaven outer space or is heaven something only the passed can see...

We are looking around the physical universe but some of us get glimpses into the spiritual universe we’re overlaid on. In fact (and this made me laugh) it’s EXACTLY like a hands-free phone call using a voice activated Bluetooth headset straight up to God in Heaven. When you know the Gospel and who Jesus is you’ll know what to ask for and how to ask. The blessings and understanding will come to you. All you have to do is want Jesus. Really yearn for Him in your heart. Pray for understanding in your quiet time ask for Him. Keep asking and keep reading the Gospel till you know who He really is. He’ll want to know you’re serious about wanting and following Him. You’ll be very surprised at what you start to get shown. Just bear in mind the devil doesn’t want to let anyone go so don’t be surprised if things get harder for a while. Be determined. Life will start to get very exciting!
My point isn’t whether evolution is a fluke. It’s about the mechanics of life being as developed as it is. You’re saying I don’t have much upstairs? Try looking at it like this, if a bunch (thousands almost) of phd scientists say something is almost 100% true as it can’t be disproven after an original hypothesis was created hundreds of years ago, Why can you, a person with (I assume) no phd in biology, say that they are all wrong? The non-religious definition starts at “I have an observation and this is as unbiased of a process that we can come up with to get to a conclusion.” Whereas, religion says, “We have an answer, how can we find reasons to support that conclusion?” There isn’t an off-ramp for religion using “science” to say their conclusion of a supernatural creator needs to be modified. I think it is dishonest to try and compare the two when one has an agenda to prove a god exists and one is trying to be use a transparent methodology to find answers. Dark matter is an imaginary particle that is invoked to make theoretical galactic rotation speed based on estimates of galactic mass and how "measured" rotational speed exceeds the amount of gravity of the galaxy to hold it together. Rather than proposing the discrepancy between estimated galaxy mass and speed indicates something is wrong with the math, the Theory of relativity or the postulate that mass of stars can be calculated based on light reaching the earth. Instead like the one panel member said "we know how the universe works but not what it is made of." This is the same hubris that leads scientists to say our math and theories can't be wrong there must be an invisible undetectable substance producing gravity that starlight estimates reveal. It's as preposterous as the imaginary planet that was supposed to be closer to the sun than Mercury because Neutonian mechanics couldn't describe the perihelion orbit. Could dark matter exist? Sure. But it certainly isn't the most probable reason for the speed/mass galaxy problem.

I don't think there's any conflict between dark matter, dark energy, and a creator. It's simply a way of scientists to explain that there's something in the universe that's causing an apparent increase in mass and energy that we can observe through the way things move, but doesn't interact with light (electromagnetic radiation.)

I was just watching one of your videos about dinosaurs and the man speaking brought up the Jurassic movies. I haven't seen those and looked up some scenes and they all caused me anxiety. Do these movies take Jesus name in vain? Are there unholy scenes? Why would these movies be supported at answers in Genesis ?
The dinosaur bones that keep surfacing is one creation animal topic Iv never been much convinced of. And Im no fan of dinosaur movies myself or the marvel of its numerous varieties as factual for that matter.
Maybe I'll go watch that episode some time.
But for now Im wondering is it possible they have mistaken some other large animal bones (eg of mammoths) for dragon/dinosaur ones?

I was recently at one of the mouths of the pit. It doesn’t mean I’m destined for hell because it was part of what spurred me to seek Heaven. I WAS destined for hell when that happened but now I’m repenting (which means changing my ways).
If you are seeking Jesus to follow Him, and I mean TRULY seeking Him, you will find Him and therefore Heaven. Just idly wishing for it is not following Christ.
Yes you may travel to Heaven also but only if your spirit is pure. I have not seen Heaven yet but I have seen other things that are breadcrumbs on the path.

Start by reading the Gospel (the Good News) and let the understanding really flow into you. Pray for understanding. Prayer is a magic spell (for want of a better word) but one that brings good things, blessings. Say it out loud - it’s more powerful. In fact (and this made me laugh) it’s EXACTLY like a hands-free phone call using a voice activated Bluetooth headset straight up to God in Heaven.
When you know the Gospel and who Jesus is you’ll know what to ask for and how to ask. The blessings and understanding will come to you.
All you have to do is want Jesus. Really yearn for Him in your heart. Pray for understanding in your quiet time ask for Him. Keep asking and keep reading the Gospel till you know who He really is. He’ll want to know you’re serious about wanting and following Him. You’ll be very surprised at what you start to get shown.
Just bear in mind the devil doesn’t want to let anyone go so don’t be surprised if things get harder for a while. Be determined. Life will start to get very exciting!

My point isn’t whether evolution is a fluke. It’s about the mechanics of life being as developed as it is. You’re saying I don’t have much upstairs? Try looking at it like this, if a bunch (thousands almost) of phd scientists say something is almost 100% true as it can’t be disproven after an original hypothesis was created hundreds of years ago, Why can you, a person with (I assume) no phd in biology, say that they are all wrong? As for Attenborough, you think he’s spent 50 years travelling the world, learning countless things about the natural world and doesn’t correct himself about things? Science always changes, heck, some science I know will be incorrect somewhere of course it will. However, most will be extremely accurate as the peer review process is so refined that most incorrect information is ironed out.

No technology, medicine or energy alternatives. All the major leaps have come since the enlightenment. The exact point agnosticism and atheism have grown since that point.
Like I’ve said before, some science will be incorrect but this whole principle is all but proven apart from the intricate mechanics.
