The device is designed for Small-to-medium huddle and meeting rooms (up to 7 people). If the room is slightly larger, we have the RoomKit available as well. The RoomBar has the same angle as the RoomKit mini, but a higher resolution sensor and will therefore reach further.
Hello Roland, We want to fix this product under a screen that we fixed with a ceiling hanger. Is there a bracket that we can fix to the VESA bracket on the back of the display? If so, can you share the part number? Or should we try to build our own solution?
It's all included in the base package, no additional SKU needed. Please check out the installation guide: www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/room-series/installation-guide/room-bar-installation-guide.pdf
Yes, they can be ordered today and we are planning to start shipping them to our customers within the next few days. Please check the exact lead time with your local partner / Cisco representative.
Do you know if the USB-C is the only cable that would be required to extend a laptop? Or does it require the use of an HDMI and USB see cable? Our client wants a one cable solution.
Yes, the USB-C cable (e.g. CAB-USBC-AC-9M=) is the only cable required to share content / extend a laptop, use the camera, microphones and speakers on your laptop. Please make sure you are using the right one, lower quality USB-C cables can cause trouble.
Hi Roland, do you know if it's possible to output the tv audio to the room bar via HDMI-ARC?
Yes, via HDMI Audio Return Channel or USB-C
Hi, do you know how long distance built-in microphone array?
We have a great tool for guidance: collabexperience.com/ I would say don't go beyond 3m
How far will the camera reach? What is the furthest the camera will track an active speaker?
