using obs on low end laptop is pretty bad in my opinion.
xbox game bar is pretty good for low end laptop i use it for myself it barely decreases fps and records really smooth

disable the animations, run CTTS script , configure registery , install an custom os ( AtlasOS is the best choice ), debloat windows, make your wallpaper NOTHING ( like pick a color in the settings and pick black ) i hab more but i have to moderate the discord server's chatttttttttttt and so baii

use Remarkably optimized modpack you will get 150-160 FPS when not recording not kiding i was getting 80-90 fps and when recording 60-70 fps now i am gettin 150 fps
