The reason why Boram held her umbrella so high was that she was blocked by Hwayoung. She went to Qri quickly afterwards, finding a place where she was not blocked and did not have to hold her umbrella so high.

I think it's quite clear that they were excluding her and bullying her. But I don't think this video shows anything. They just run up to her. Boram doesn't break her umbrella.
