You are so beautiful, inside and out, with never a hint of shame or judgement for yourself or anyone else for being a larger lady. That is so refreshing to see.
It's so difficult to find clothes that actually fit. I think it's very kind and thoughtful of you to include your measurements and talk about sizing. You don’t just put the clothes on and leave us to guess. I'm quite swollen with water retention in my lower half because of serious illness and am finding it difficult to get things to fit top and bottom. I'm the same height, 8 inches bigger around my bust but my bobs are not very big, 2.5 inches smaller waist. 2.5 inches smaller on my upper arms but 9 inches bigger on my hips. If things go over my belly, they often drown my top, reveal more of my chest than I feel comfortable with or actually fall off. Also I've had short sleeves nearly to my wrist in any boxy tee style. I don’t think anything is ever going to fit me.
I don't really refer to myself as a larger or bigger person; I'm just a person. We all deserve to be respected and treated with kindness and that starts with ourselves 💕
I have the same problem with choosing things to fit my lower have, it's too big up top; that's why I prefer fit and flare dresses 💕💕💕

I have been high, low and everything in between. Never letting my weight hold me back, no matter where it was at that moment. Never defining myself nor apologising to anyone for their perception of me.
Then the medical profession got a hold of me.
That's when I started thinking larger lady which I, personally, preferred as opposed to their description of me which is never anything other than clinically obese female. I suppose I have gotten used to paying it a lot of mind, as I have had so many medical professionals look down upon me with obvious distain, criticising me for eating too much. This was even true when I developed digestive arrest and hospitalised because I could no longer eat at all, developing life threatening anaemia leading to heart failure. It has dented my confidence and changed my thinking in a way I never thought possible.

@christracy2144 nooo, I'm not offended at all. We all come with different experiences and views about weight and I completely respect that.
Honestly, I came out of a previous marriage where the person and his family made fun of my weight and those things stuck in my head for years.
I guess with age, I just decided to no longer see or describe myself in a way that isn't good for me. 💕💕

Another great haul, I personally absolutely adore Temu. I have gotten some adorable outfits for myself and my kids from Temu that hold up very well, especially for the price. I love the white top with blue wide leg pants outfit . All of it was very cute. The white jeans are a must I think for every woman's cart for spring and they looked fabulous on you.

Good day, going on a cruise in a month and gained weight. Looking on Temu for some outfits but so afraid of the fit and material. Need your help! Can you please do a try on for Jean or cotton blend dresses but not all the flower power stuff. Also, two piece sets tops with pants that have again some kind of cotton blemish or look but simple and comfortable and no flowers. And, of course dresses that are loose and comfy yet classy and easy wear and today’s style. Thank you so much, really depend on people like you. Will let all my friends know too and to sign up. Okay, I'm after some info. I have fallen out of love with shein. Their discounts don't work, their quality recently hasn't been very good. I keep seeing Temu ads, but I have had friends with bad experiences with them, too (financial and quality). Do I jump ship? Do I trust that the bad things wont happen to me? Can people let me know of their experiences to put my mind to rest? Thanks in advance.
I can only speak from my experience; outside of the items they send me, I buy from Temu alot; mostly their home stuff and craft supplies. I have never had a problem in any sense.
With clothing, like Shein, you have to be mindful of sizing and material but that's with anyone.
I've had hits and misses with both but Shein and I are no longer friends so to speak 🤭

I haven't purchased from Shein in a while....the prices went up a smidgen and I am grumpy about it. Lol Quality was always hit or miss but the free one time return made it worth trying. We shop Temu a lot now, as a family. Some things are hit or miss there too but they have price adjusting (no coupons like Shein did). I use Temu for so much more than clothes though. Just don't waste your time with the "games" for free stuff and sending out invites....that's a bit much.

Audrey, what store can I find a great quality chambray denim shirt in straight sizes? I have been watching your channel for a long time, and you have styled them in so many ways that I love! You have proven that chambray denim is SO versatile!
They really are, and go with everything. Straight sizes, I don't know specifically; we used to sell them at Belk and JCPenney but I think you can find them anywhere. I got mine from Shein and I know they carry them in both size categories 💕💕

Men's clothes from Temu are equally as nice as ladies' selections. No literal strings attached to clothes like you would find in stores sometimes. The materials used to make men's clothes are nice and breathable. I can picture a couple of breathable polo shirts on your husband Audrey from Temu.

@@AudreyDLoves The polo shirts that I can picture your husband wearing are the solid stretchy breathable ones. When you find it, there will be a white polo displayed in the photo. There are a range of colors available. Thanks for responding back! BTW, I bought one of these polo shirts and they launder perfectly in the washer and dryer. Great for summer heat and are nice. I don't think you can iron them. I wouldn't advise it. The price is $8.44 per polo shirt.
