The Dior one, for $570, I would just spend the money on the actual products I wanted and ask for the travel or mini sizes as samples lol The NK one is really good but it's sold out

I was looking forward to this! I honestly think they increased the price just because they have increased the price of most things in general. The off/on is the only cleanser I use. It makes a incredible difference. The full size lasts very long and its performance is excellent.
So not worth it for £570 and nearly all minis how do they justify the price they need to have some full sizes not just the lipstick! The same every year just not worth the price 😕
I don't think any of the high end are worth it. I think only RUclipsrs can afford them-they can at least pass the cost off against their tax! I can't believe Karen can possibly use everything from all the calendars she buys, it's crazy.
I can't actually treat this as an expense for tax purposes because it's not wholly and exclusively for the purposes of the trade as I use the products personally. I also don't use everything I get in calendars, I give lots to family and friends, do giveaways and donate them too. Thanks for watching ☺️
Of course it’s going to be the same products as it’s one brand Advent Calendar, it’s not curated like Space NK that has different brands, so in this case it’ll have the signature, well known, popular CD brands Minis is not bad actually cause if they cause reaction to your skin then what a waste on a full products Though I get why people go on about having minis in AC If most of these products are full size they’ll be priced more then I’m sure you get people moaning about that 🙂 x
I think knowing the worth and value and the quality of these products in premium luxury AC you can appreciate why they are of that price...Glossybox their curated contents this year reflects that of the price...but say Harrods is on the expensive side but the curated products they had in AC you can see how they are massive difference to Glossybox, you won’t find MUA, Baptiste there 😆 I think it depends on how you appreciate the quality of the products, so if you prefer affordable The Ordinary £10 compare to Dr Barbara Strum that can cost up to £100+ which deemed very good but so other people think so too of The Ordinary But I wouldn’t write off as “not worth it” cause they do depends on what you can afford and the quality of the products you prefer I guess 🙂 Ah ha she does say products she doesn’t like or as her being generous person she reused one of the AC boxes to give as a present to family and friends just saying x

Im not a dior perfume fan but i did buy the full set of limited edition rouge premier porcelain pieces recently and have just received the new Bernardaud lithophanes ultra limited collection. These are my heirlooms plus with dior skincare and some makeup i went from pearl throufh to platinum on loyalty in two months and am half way to keeping platinum status next year too. The free gifts are a.m.a.z.i.n.g!!! You are dead a long time guys. Treat yourself to something nice if you can. You are worth it!❤ps great vid Karen. I enjoy your unboxings so much x

I was soooo close to ordering this as would've took me 2 3rds of the way to platinum 😆 BUT the 2 nail varnishes & the 2 red lippies I'm not fussed about. Already got the rose serum & the cleanser, so there's 6 of the items I wouldnt want. Most advents aren't worth the prices they charge BUT imo it's more about if you want/need what's inside coupled with the "feels" it's nice to feel a bit luxe now & then. I might actually get the Guerlain one instead for the same price. Thanks for the vid. (Also now with paypal pay in 3 etc is easier for ppl to buy luxe & pay monthly). x

This one is my dream advent calendar, I really love Dior but it’s like $1000 here so just a bit out of my budget, that box is so gorgeous and will be an awesome keepsake, and it looks like it is great quality so will hopefully last a long time. As long as you are happy with it then that's fab , not worth it to me all those miniatures for such a high price and an extra £100 for a reusable cardboard box it's a definite no ❤

90% of this calendar is free gifts with purchase I work in a store with dior and you get them free when you buy dior products. Absolutely shocking they charge the price for it x

It was very expensive but this is a luxury brand so even the small sizes are worth a lot. I know people say they are free gifts but you would need to spend over $200 at least to receive one or 2 of these sizes, so from that POV you are getting more. I do think one retail size perfume and lipstick would have been better.

I watched a vid of unboxing of the Selfidges Advent Calender & it was v good & cheaper than this one! That is the calender i would buy & pass on this one! Really cheap to put in minis in it when you get them as a free gift with purchases!
Such a shame about those two lipsticks. Hope Dior's customer service has been helpful. I imagine a fair few others will have had the same experience. Will be a shame for those who have bought this and then wait until the day of advent to open it, to find a beautiful lipstick's been squashed because of the poor packaging design. At £570 a pop, they can surely afford to fine tune those details.

If I was going to spend £570 On Dior product, I’d much rather buy single products on their own and pick what I like. I think it’s really bad how much they price it at for what you get in it. I guess at least no stickers in this one.
I love Dior. However, although the products are lovely, this is really disappointing. I would have expected this to be 'WOW!', Not 'oh, that's nice'. It doesn't scream luxury, to me.

I got better sizes for free when I got my bf 200ml Sauvage, sauvage shaving cream and sauvage moisturiser for his birthday ( it’s his absolute fav scent ). He got a few sauvage extras in sizes that are in this calendar and bigger for free, so it’s kinda telling. And I’ve spent just over £300 and not almost £600 😅 this calendar is just not worth the price, doesn’t matter how pretty the calendar is and what the name of the brand is. If they put free samples with purchase into the calendar for their customers to buy, what luxurious is in that? Nothing.
It still shocks me that people are gullible enough to spend squillions on something purely because it has a supposedly “ exclusive” name stamped on it. Look at the huge wealth of the top designers, Versace, lagerfeld, DK, all products that are made cheaply and often poor quality with a massive profit to be made because we’ve been fooled on a massive scale to think they are the must haves to appear fashionable or superior, it’s very odd!
Definitely not worth the money. I understand that the beautiful packaging adds to the cost of the calendar, and I also understand that the perfume miniature are collectable pieces for someone… but also people who can afford luxury calendar like this want value for money.

Glad you are happy with it, but it's a strong "no from me - free-gift-with-purchase samples & deluxe minis, packed with such a lack of care that two arrived mushed?!
I watched a vid of unboxing of the Selfidges Advent Calender & it was v good & cheaper than this one! That is the calender i would buy & pass on this one! Really cheap to put in minis in it when you get them as a free gift with purchases!
Such a shame about those two lipsticks. Hope Dior's customer service has been helpful. I imagine a fair few others will have had the same experience. Will be a shame for those who have bought this and then wait until the day of advent to open it, to find a beautiful lipstick's been squashed because of the poor packaging design. At £570 a pop, they can surely afford to fine tune those details.
They should include a palette, at the very least. This is just perfume samples and tiny candles.
Dior is expensive but that is ridiculous for all small sizes and who wants a advent calendar box no matter how nice all the same things repeated

It’s a gorgeous calendar ❤Dior is a pricey brand would of loved more skin care tbh and less perfume. I do think it’s pretty bad about the lipsticks they need to be replaced at that price for sure xx
I think I’d buy it if I’d need to make some important gift, otherwise I don’t see a real value for this one.

On Dior product, I’d much rather buy single products on their own and pick what I like. I think it’s really bad how much they price it at for what you get in it. I guess at least no stickers in this one.
I love Dior. However, although the products are lovely, this is really disappointing. I would have expected this to be 'WOW!', Not 'oh, that's nice'. It doesn't scream luxury, to me.

RUclipsrs can claim everything as expenses if they're using them as part of their content.
Unfortunately this isn't the case if it's not wholly and exclusively for the purposes of the trade and because I use the products personally, it's duality of purpose and therefore not a business expense xo

I'd never pay that for that Calendar, it's just not worth the money,,all you get is tiny Frequencies,they could at lest give u bigger Bottles of perfume,,where's the money worth? Come on dior,,just not good enough,but if Yr happy with paying that much then thats all that matters..
I got better sizes for free when I got my bf 200ml Sauvage, sauvage shaving cream and sauvage moisturiser for his birthday ( it’s his absolute fav scent ). He got a few sauvage extras in sizes that are in this calendar and bigger for free, so it’s kinda telling. And I’ve spent just over £300 and not almost £600 😅 this calendar is just not worth the price, doesn’t matter how pretty the calendar is and what the name of the brand is. If they put free samples with purchase into the calendar for their customers to buy, what luxurious is in that? Nothing.

wow, I'd never buy this! Candles... nope. And the star, that goes on a bag when you buy something in the shops.
It still shocks me that people are gullible enough to spend squillions on something purely because it has a supposedly “ exclusive” name stamped on it. Look at the huge wealth of the top designers, Versace, lagerfeld, DK, all products that are made cheaply and often poor quality with a massive profit to be made because we’ve been fooled on a massive scale to think they are the must haves to appear fashionable or superior, it’s very odd!

Definitely not worth the money. I understand that the beautiful packaging adds to the cost of the calendar, and I also understand that the perfume miniature are collectable pieces for someone… but also people who can afford luxury calendar like this want value for money.
