What about walmart? That's where a lot of poor/middle class families in USA shop. Those kids without loads of money have the opportunity to get an affordable BMX... and hopefully stick with BMX.

No problem man. A lot of people jump to the conclusion of sell out because of Walmart. They sometimes don't realise that's how a lot of people get in to BMX.
He does not have any technical prowess whatsoever.. That said, Holy crap he doesn't need them with the huge airs and tricks he does Huck out.

Technical doesn't always involve multiple tricks. Precisely carving three corners high/low/high to shoot over some massive gap is super technical.
Ride BMX I suppose technical isn't the word I was looking for, forgive my tired brain, "The smoothness with which he throws out most tricks is lacking". however, if that is what you were focusing on touch missed the point. I liked the video, I liked the way he rides.
