With compressed air, its making plasma!
Hell yeah!
Super excellent!
those backfires are scary
It doesnt do that with the pre heater relocated. the oil mus be over 200 f for that type of flammability
Do not use an oil furnace without a exhaust fan...
Always use an exhaust evacuation Fan... extremely important... this way you won't blow yourself up or light yourself on fire...
He's been doing this for a while now, pretty sure he knows the risk 😉
Good input , also the fumes can be toxic
Good design, thanks for your time 🔥
I use a coffee maker heating element for my preheater. Cheap easy and reliable. You can see it at 50 second point of my video.

The PID controller in this video is controlling the second stage of my 2 stage supply line to regulate it to a consistent heat output, eliminating runaway. Since this video is have added a PID controller to the preheater so i could dial in an exact and more steady preheat temperature than the bimetal thermostat could provide.
Oil needs a preheat the best waste oil burners use an air nozzle you can buy a Chinese or a knockoff one for a few hundred bucks they work perfect and the fuel is free what more can you ask for
An old oil burner pool heater, you can run waste oil through those
I think that people in colder climates will love this.
Out of curiosity, do you centerfuge your waste oil to clean it, do you strain it, or process it in some way to remove impurities or particulates?
P.S. In the near future I hope to buy one of your nozzles for a home iron smelting foundry.
Hello Friend , no this system does not require any filtering at all . I have filtered oil one time in my life and said no way am i doing this . My design uses geometry large enough to pass small bugs and dirt .
You can order an electric heater that goes in line with the nozzle from Europe
I sell them on ebay
Seems like you need more air up closer towards the front
To loud that way , we are going for quiet .
