It's not in good condition, I noticed the cables on the inner gate for the interlock contact on the bottom are disconnected, probably why they are overridden. The general roughness of the landing doors opening and closing might be due to wear or damage to the closing mechanism. Likely issues with the floor relays/and floor selector.
This thing needs to either be modded or fixed, i can't believe they would let their freighter go neglected, this thing desperately needs some work done on it. Great video btw.

Maybe the interlock release was on not really sure but that would be my guess
