    I feel that Dawn of the clans does the best with love and sadness. The suntrail alone I cried when fluttering bird died, bright stream and her kits being carried or by a hawk, shadded moss dying..... But at the same time clearsky and brightstream showed an undoubtedly beautiful love making brightstreams death even more heartbreaking. Turtletail and grey wings relashionship makes you want to root for them to get together. Then greywing and jagged peak's relashionship as a parallel to greywing and clearsky. It was a heartbreaking arc and makes people so invested.

      @@BrightGuardianAkira I agree. I truley enjoyed thunder and shadow as well shattered sky. I personally was a little disappointed that darktail didn't come back because he was a really good villain but overall I would agree those two were pretty suspenseful. And the idea of a ton of riverclan warriors being axed off like that while would have been more heart jerking if they were more developed was heart wrenching all the same.

    “Bristlefrost doesn’t make you feel things.”
    ...but who else can relate to Broken Code Bristlefrost?

  • @fig9127
    @fig9127 4 года назад +66

    Honestly, Rootpaw is my favourite protagonist for the broken code. He’s sort of “relatable” somehow, but he’s the kind of character that makes you go: “c’mon! Just do it! Tell her the truth! Tree isn’t a bad father, you wouldn’t be weird if you revealed your secret power!”
    Bristlefrost is sorta blandish, or well, she was really bland in the first book, but she’s gotten a little better. Still not my favourite, though.
    Shadowsight is also sort of bland. He’s like a more cowardly Alderheart in a way. He as interesting in the first book, but in Silent thaw he wasn’t very interesting or important.

    • @snacc-ish
      @snacc-ish 4 года назад +1

      I somewhat enjoyed Shadowsight’s chapters as they were a little breath of fresh air and he was our look into the medicine cats, but I can see if it gets kind of boring. Also, I agree that Rootpaw was “relatable” and that Bristlefrost was kind of bland, but her chapters got better at the end of the book.

    • @alyssavonhollen1898
      @alyssavonhollen1898 4 года назад +1

      In my opinion rootpaw has to be the best out of shadow paw and bristlefrost.
      Bristlefrost is an okay character and I agree that she’s a bit bland. The only thing I thought was interesting in bristlefrost’s perspectives is when her crush rejects her and she fails her first assessment because that’s the first for me. But the cos about bristlefrost, like Akira said, she needs to have more reactions to stuff like stem leaf rejecting her, she was over that in like why three days?
      For ShadowSight I think he’s also an okay character. I think that ShadowSight could have many improvements. Another reason he’s an okay character in my eyes is that he’s a little over rated. I don’t like the fact that he can sort of see the future in visions.

    • @invadermelon
      @invadermelon 4 года назад

      I like Shadowsight the most he was very interesting, I like how they bought back the future seeing thing, because that went *s* wrong with Goosefeather

    • @alyssavonhollen1898
      @alyssavonhollen1898 4 года назад

      The WatermelomMaster I don’t like that feature I’d ShadowSight, that’s why he is ranking so low on my list is that future seeing power. I think adding powers to the series, especially to a unique character, sort of ruins it. Like I hated the power of three due to their powers when I actually really liked their characters. Powers just ruin the characters for me.

    • @somebodyig624
      @somebodyig624 4 года назад

      @@alyssavonhollen1898 why not it's interesting it happend the same with goose feather and that made her one of the most interesting characters. He also doesn't really see the future the only time he saw the future was the tribe otherwise he was just a used inexperienced worried character also the three lost their powers they weren't permanent. Sorry I just never hear people who doesn't like cats having powers cause jayfeather was blind and basically his power made up for that and he was the perfect cat to have the power. Lionblaze eh his power is overpowered and he probably would have survived in the great battle without it, Dovewing helped a lot with her powers and it was hard for her after she lost it. Also tree's power was something that was really needed in the broken code cause he was able to pass that on and he rarely uses his power. Plus shadowsight basically never had a power except knowing where the lake was and the tribe. Even though the cats had powers their personality was more. Also for me the story would be boring without characters with powers. Broken Code and omen of the stars wouldnt be as good as they are now without powers. Plus isn't the book all about powers? Medicine cats can see Starclan cats more often and Firestar was spoken to by Starclan cats a lot and the leaders has 9 lives. Sorry this was long. You can still believe what you believe I'm just trying to cause a debate.

    In book 3, I would like to see an all-out war within ThunderClan at the end. I would like to see ThunderClan divided by the Possessed-Bramblestar followers and the Rebellion, and Bristlefrost would fight for Bramblestar’s side. I would like for the Bramblestar side to win, and Bramblestar to drive out all the cats that went against him. When Bristlefrost watches all these cats, including Stemleaf, leave, she would realize her mistake.
    In book 4, she would have to go against the odds to bring them back and to win against Bramblestar. She would have to convince a few cats on the Bramblestar side to come with her but be reluctant to do so in fear that she will be revealed. She might decide not to get help in ThunderClan for this reason, and go to SkyClan. When she explains to SkyClan the whole problem, and nobody believes her, Rootpaw finally decides to stand up for her and reveal his secret. Tree stands up for him as well, because he is proud of his son for finally gaining the confidence to speak out. Shadowsight could have a vision or something and goes with them, bringing a few ShadowClan cats with him, that parts debatable.
    Bristlefrost, Rootpaw, Tree, and a few other SkyClan, and maybe ShadowClan cats go out and search for the remaining ThunderClan cats. When they finally find him, Bristlefrost admits to her mistake and promises that she will help to drive Bramblestar out.
    In book 5, they have to all convince all of RiverClan and WindClan to help them, but the Bramblestar Rebellion still has to stay outside of the lake territories in fear of them being found. I feel like one of the Clan, probably WindClan will disagree at first, and they will fight. But then Harestar loses a life or something and WindClan, mainly out of fear, agrees to help.
    In book 6 (beware, this one's pretty long), Bristlefrost and a few others have to one-by-one attempt to gain the trust of every ThunderClan cat, but it is tough and terrifying. No cat wants to get caught, but they have to be safe. They end up winning over a few cat’s trusts. However, by the smallest odds, Bramblestar finds out. He attacks Bristlefrost while she is alone, or so it seems. Stemleaf happened to be close by. Bramblestar is shocked to see one of the cats he banished back on his territory and confronts him, but while Bramblestar is distracted, Stemleaf signals for Bristlefrost to run and get help. She runs to SkyClan, who sends cats to ShadowClan to get a few cats while she carries a few other cats to help Bristlefrost. Rootpaw runs to ThunderClan while Tree runs to WindClan. But Rootpaw is confronted by the Bramblestar followers, and he has to fight them, but they figure out the situation and run to Bramblestar. When Rootpaw runs to stop the other cats, he sees Bramblestar fighting Stemleaf, but the Bramblestar followers come and attack Rootpaw and Stemleaf. At the last moment, cats from SkyClan, ShadowClan, WindClan, and RiverClan rush in, along with Bristlefrost. Bristlefrost has to face her mistakes and fight Bramblestar. She gets the help of a few other cats and ends up winning the fight, and Bramblestar dies. When Shadowsight comes to heal everybody, he notices, shocked, that Tree is dead. He reluctantly goes up to Rootpaw to tell him this, and he is overcome with absolute grief. When the followers say everyone here is disloyal to the warrior code and needs to be punished, the ThunderClan rebellion tries to convince everybody that he was evil. SkyClan says that they have proof. Every SkyClan cat and a few other cats urge Rootpaw to show them and that he can grieve later. If he does this, Tree would be proud. So he, very reluctantly and still shaky from grief, uses his power to bring the actual ghost who possessed Bramblestar to light. The spirit is outraged and tries to retake control, until every cat, even the followers (though very reluctantly and guilty) says he has to go. The actual Bramblestar ghost also arrives, to further prove their point. (If the ghost ends up being Ashfur, we can have a whole Squirrelflight, Bramblestar, and Ashfur drama moment.) The spirit runs away, though he promises revenge.
    This still has a lot of holes in plot development, but this could add some interesting new plots. It wouldn't make the most dramatic book the third, as Akira already wanted to happen in book 3 so the 6th book would be the most climatic. It would add a big moment of forgiveness and realizing you did something wrong and having to make up for it, as this video explained. It would add a big moment of sadness when Tree died but triumph when Rootpaw overcame this grief and found confidence to reveal his power to every other cat to help them out. I think it would make for some decent remaining books.
    Good job, you made it to the bottom.

Rootpaw gains his confidence in the past books, talks to bramlestar's ghost and bramblestar is let into starclan and rootpaw tells squirrelflight to possibly get bramblestar back hid body needs to be killed again for bramblestar to reposses it, The war begins, starclan cats are killed (yellowfang, some other unimportant cats, _and someone else, oo who could it be??_ ) henchmen and posessed cats are killed (bumblestripe, antfur) The thunderclan elders are killed in this battle (Bye bye greystripe). Squirrelflight gets to the possesed bramblestar, on his last life. Squirrelflight leaps at the possesed bramblestar. jayfeather and lionblaze (plus dead starclan hollyleaf show up to help her take down the possesed cat, bramblestar knocks off squirrelflight, injured. suddenly, a storm starts. A blast of lighting sets nearby wood on fire, quickly spreading. We get a recreation of the fire scence. Instead of revealing squirrelflight's secret. It is reavealed that ashfur is the one possesing bramblestar with a line like this, "I used to love you, but now I only wish you to be dead, nothing but charred crowfood. Don't you remember me? It's me ashfur and I came to destroy everything you love, but that pesky bramblestar got in the way..."
    Squirrelflight didn't care. She attacked him again now with her adopted kits joining, pushing ashfur dangerously close to the fire, squirrelflight bites at the possesed bramblestar's neck and rips out a good chunk of it, killing bramblestar's body and forcing ashfur out, ashfur flees.
    It turns out bramblestar's starclan spirit was killed in the battle. Therefore he can't repossess his body. the rain after the lightning quickly extinguished the fire. A group of cats (rootpaw, shadowsight and bristlefrost approach the 4 cats (plus the dead corpse) saying that bramblestar's starclan spirit was killed. The cats break down crying, esspecially squirrelflight, but squirrelflight is now leader. days later, Squirrelflight goes to the moonpool to become squirrelstar, still sad she makes ivypool deputy.
    *(the reason i didn't kill berrynose in this is because i want him to apologise to lionblaze)*

    I honestly disagree, Rootpaw is a great character who can make a good storyline, I don't cerebrate Bristlefrost and Shadowsight could relate. Rootpaw exposed what he knew to ShadowClan. But you may thing he is trepidacious because he doesn't apportion it to the other Clans. Erin Hunter cut the book short. I'm only endeavoring to prove a point, It could just be my opinion.

    And Bristlefrost... Well, I don't really know what to think about her.
    I do like her, but she's not so interesting imo.
    I do hope that the protagonists become a bit more three dimensional.
