I have a solution for you if you do it up and use it around your waist they have those little tiny elastic strap thingies. You can move them around so once you do up your bag, you can just stick them through those tiny elastic straps and it will not hang, the end of the strap will not hang in the way of your zipper
Yes!!! I have the same problem with the extra “tail” on the bag. I’ve only been wearing it crossbody but I feel like if I had the original I may have been able to wear it as a belt bag. Great review.
Exactly!! Thanks for sharing. I know some people have flipped the strap so it loops the other way? It's kind hard to explain but i guess that is supposed to help so the tail is on the inside and won't block the zipper.

I agree I am not down with the extend strap! I'm glad I bought my basic black EBB before they changed that up or I would have been devastated! I did however just order the mini belt bag for walking to dog! I am excited for that one for that purpose because I only need it for my house key, poop bags, phone, zip lockie of dog treats. I think the mini version will be perfect for that purpose and keep sized specifically to wear around my waist because my reg EBB I keep strap elongated to wear crossbody for day-to-day with all my usual "purse" essentials. I think it will be super handy to have a seperate mini belt bag ready to go at all times just for dog walks & not having to constantly fuss with changing strap from crossbody to waist 2x a day on my reg EBB!

Great video! I recently got into the belt bags. I love the spiced chai color and want to add it to my collection. I see on the lululemon website that they do have this color available but it has the metal hardware. Do you know if the hardware adds a lot of extra weight? Do you recommend this one?
Omg yes get the spiced chai! My most worn and complimented belt bag. The metal hardware does not add that much weight. Maybe a little bit heavier but not a noticeable difference 🥰

If you get any stains on your belt bags, how do you go about removing the stain? The tag says not to wash, bleach, dry clean, etc. but I really want to remove the stain 😓
We don't have lululemon here where i live but i wanted something like this. Ordered this another one that i like its just without the clasp and fake leather can't wait to use it. Regret buying my small crossbody its just not practical for me hopefully this one will be better
I have the mini AND the og everything belt bag and I definitely love the mini belt bag for everyday use (I feel like the original belt bag was too big on me) and I like the matte grided fabric better than the shiny stiff fabric!

Hello! I’ve noticed at least on the U.S site they have been taking on and off colors very often. One time I will see 7 colors and the next hour there will be 4. Also did they discontinue the seal grey bag?? I ordered it and they canceled my order.
The belt bags literally sell out that fast. No they didn't discontinue it but probably didn't have inventory when they thought they had units. Unfortunately, this can happen. I'm sure it'll restock eventually
Do tou work at lululemon? Also I have a ton of items that I like 600 dollars worth or 800 can't rembebr but lots of money might not get it all at once I just like lulu so much I have stuff from lulu it's so cute
I really think moving toward that extended strap version will shorten sales for Lululemon. A lot of people love the original straps better …including myself.

Yes they've updated it now so that it is just the everywhere belt bag. like i mentioned in the video, they are only doing this one version now. So they have updated all of the SKU's to reflect this now.

Also, I saw in your video they have the grid pattern available there... I haven't seen that one here. So cute! I usually carry my essentials too... hand sanitizer, hand cream, headphones, etc.. and I also have the zipper card case- in a colorful blue w orange 🧡
They sell out so quickly here in Canada too! It's crazy! I dont think lululemon was expecting them to blow up the way they did, because now everyone wants them! I think that one is sold out right now as this video was filmed awhile ago. Most of them are now off the website. Hopefully will restock!
Unfortunately the likelihood is probably more on the rare side of it coming back. However, they could bring it back in the new version of the belt bag that they are currently selling in stores and online. So potentially, but I also feel like maybe a small chance..the pale raspberry is very similar incase you ever see that one restock
restocks are random. stores usually get replenishment Monday through Fridays however not all stores are the same. we also don't know what we are getting until we receive the boxes

yes i totally hear you! sometimes design changes aren't the best, but maybe they'll revert to the original design in the future.

Wash with a warm cloth (or soft toothbrush depending on the nature of the stain) with some gentle soap like dish soap. Leave to air dry!
