Personally, I don't think it looks as bad as all that but you have given yourself a high standard for which you aim to make your art and far be it from me to discourage that. We should all strive to improve ourselves in whatever work we do be it art, music or even just our jobs.

I really like this piece, very unique and cool. I Love the trees and this ripping effect Matches suprisingly good with the planets and just looks like two space eldertrees holding the space with its aura
I honestly don't see much wrong with this painting. my only criticism would be the little yellow fireflies. I feel the painting was complete before you added them (just my opinion though) Also the bright pink, cherry blossom like pedals I thought looked awesome and would have taken those or the finished pedals. Either way this still came out really well and as a fellow artist (although in a different genre) I understand the heavy criticism we give ourselves. We MUST make mistakes in order to learn and they sometimes end up being happy/cool little accidents that still work out in the end! Keep creating and I can't wait to see more!

we all have fails at times. it's trial and error. the trees looked really good before the green was added. looking at the end you still turned it around and was good. Idea for you to try again make the lower area a neon pool of reflecting light, and add some glow in the dark!

Looks good to me. Kind of reminds me of an old cartoon where this artist would paint something and if he finished it, the painting would magically be recreated into existence... I guess I am trying to say that art is always about improving, there is not such thing as a perfect piece of art.

I have spray painted on glossy poster board and canvases. I still want to know where I can purchase the paper you use. The poster board works great but not as good. I do love your art. It gives me other ideas to do. Been learning how to make the landscapes, trees, and rings around planet. I appreciate the inspiration you gave me.

You should make a tutorial video. Like, This is the paint I use for this kind of thing or this paint is used for this and here is why I set the fucking thing on fire and what I use to do that with. I change nozzles on the paint cans for this reason. Seriously. Ive made a few of these paintings myself and, while they turn out cool, I know if I had more knowledge of the paints, they could be a lot better. Make a tutorial!

It also helps dry the paint. So if you are doing layers, you don't need to wait for it to dry before setting something on top of it.
