Guy called Prof Charl Vorster, under guidance of a guy called Prof George Wiehahn, converted the models of communications theory, Haley's approaches, the Milan Group, and the Palo Alto group's approaches into an individual therapeutic model. Was highly effective. Probably the most effective thing I have ever seen. But, it is incredibly difficult to understand and implement.

These are in the "bonus" section of Laugh Your Way to Licensure in Step 3. I recommend them only if you feel you need a very thorough review. I recommend using the main theory review videos (Step 1 and 3) which cover only the material you NEED for the licensing exam, which is slightly different than what I have here.
