Running a household does not make a woman a leader. Being a mother to a bunch of minors does not exhibit leadership. No actual organization looking to fill an actual leadership position will accept your time as a housewife or single mother as legitimate leadership experience.
Leadership is NOT a feminine trait. As admitted by women on the panel, when mothers have behavior issues with their kids, they call the fathers or hope some other man to get the kids back in line. In worse cases, those mothers call police on their children (reporting them as runaways, wanting cops to scare them straight). I've seen a lot of women kick out their teen daughters and sons because they can't keep them under control due to not maintaining proper discipline and respect at their earlier age.
And it definitely isn't just teen boys who realized they are stronger than their mothers. We not gonna pretend that single mothers aren't having major discipline issues with their daughters. My exwife has 4 daughters, 2 are adult, 1 teen, and a 6 year old. And the 3 oldest ones have all lost respect for her as a mother based on how she raised them and how badly she has been doing as a mother.
