always nice to have a machine in the house dedicated to specific muscle areas. love the knees over toes guy for the light he sheds onto lesser focused muscles. great video.

Man seeing that piece of equipment brought back some memories. Bro those were fun and hella challengin accessory movement we used for the football off-season. I remember since most of us couldn't do normal one we used to use resistance bands as a progression and you can also use hip hingeing to get both the concentric and eccentric portion of the movement.

I’ve recently found god again, and just everything you post I’m tuning into because you’re such a good man to look up to. Even if it’s a video reviewing a bench I still continue to tune in. You’re such a good figure for young men like myself. Thank you for that.

I just had a question, what do you think of people that say that we should protect ourselves from the sun, using SPF protection etc? Do you think that we risk skin cancer if we don't? Do you use any products like that? Thank you.

My best advice would be to be reasonable with your sun exposure and avoid getting burned. Slowly building a base tan is helpful and wear long sleeves, a straw hat, and pants if you have to be outside for a long time.

It would have been better to cap and bolt the ankle thing on instead of a sandwich weld that isnt a problem when flat but when put in a triangular position a lot of stress will be on those welds. Or if a chunk was taken out but the long and short bar still have the bottom side connected then you put the ankle thing down and then weld it.
If the machine ever failed it would physically sandwich the ankle holdy sleeve like a pincer. Bc its still physically one pipe on the bottom.
It would honestly probably be cheaper too just to leave it one pipe and drill a hold and make a cap for the ankle sleeve.
I absolutely love the large wide thick pad though and the way the notches clearly hook or clearly dont so accidental falls dont happen.
What i mean by sleeve i mean if you made an h shape bunny ears that went over the main square tube.
You could also keep the machining the way it is but glue 2 plastic tabs inside that would reduce the rattle more than tighter machining even would.
And i love the spring hole pin they should all have that.

We will keep working to improve but this the price is actually low as far as full Nordic benches go. Doesn’t mean I can match expectations. But some things cost what they cost and I am trying to save people money compared to the norm. 🫡
