In Japan western words are considered cool and interesting, like for the same reason people may have Japanese or Chinese characters on tattoos. I have been to China and Japan for work and it not uncommon to see people wearing shirts with very inappropriate words on. There is a video on here where they go around telling people who have such shirts, what the words mean in Japanese. Why they are designed in that way is another debate.
lammfromm means "as harmless like a lamb" its more often used in a sarcastic context where the person is actually cunning or sly (but not in a bad way)
Yoshitomo Nara is a great artist. His items are always highly sought after, selling at an extortion price
The "Fuck" at 00 is pretty bold to put on a clock. But I love the humor of the drawings.
Bold is right. The lammfromm store has a parental warning about that on their site.

"pata-pata tokei" basically means flip clock in japanese
Yep. Seems to be the most common name they use.
Is it an alarm clock ?
Is very expensive
Not something I'd buy.
