My roommate is one of the nicest people I know, but I absolutely cannot stand the fact that she has all of her phone calls on speakerphone, and gets up every night between midnight and 1:00 am to shower, which always wakes me up 😭
She may be one of the nicest people you know, and that’s good she’s a nice person, but she’s being disrespectful and selfish to keep waking you up every night while you’re sleeping. No one wants to hear other peoples conversations on the speakerphone. Either talk to her or do it right back to her, wake her up while she’s sleeping and use the speakerphone to talk to someone right next to her. She’ll get the hint. If she gets bothered at you, then she’s not getting it or thinking about your feelings or respect to you.
This makes me thankful that i live alone and dont have to put up with this stress. 🙌

I had a roommate who left a cast iron pan of grease on the stove for over a month and every time I brought it up he’d say he was “seasoning” his pan.

Well the last time I had roommates I was 22 and my roommates were all my age and younger, so yeah basically kids 😂

Were bad room mates of course im going leave the bathroom completely disgusting and never take out the trash! 😠
I never experienced the food steal until my mid twenties. That was my last roommate & it was infuriating because one, I personally didn’t have much food except those leftovers left but was going to the store the next day & two, she gave it to her bf! The worst part is that I had just gotten back from the bar at the time & I was starving. Two weeks after that I bought a mini fridge. If there is one piece of advice I can give to the youths it’s to buy a mini fridge.

When my brother wouldn’t stop eating my food, I told him that I would start putting laxatives in them. Since then, he has never touched my food. 😈
I know someone that kicked their brother out cause he ate their apple sausage and replaced it with garlic sausage. 😂
If he was really clever he would start putting laxatives in your food, so then you would be too scared to eat it. It would be the ultimate Uno Reverse card.
