As a staunch mushroom hater, I say woodear mushroom might be worth a try depending on why you're not fond of mushrooms. The texture after cooking is snappy, almost crisp (kind of like nicely cooked shrimp) and the flavor is quite different from the "mushroomy" one I dislike in portabellos, shitakes, or button mushrooms that I'm used to. That said, they are still fungus, and sometimes I have to go out of my way to finish them in a US grocery store, so I very much get it that they may not be something other anti-mushroom people want or are interested in spending extra money and effort to try.
Why aren’t your latest videos translated like they used to be? I’m so disappointed because I don’t understand Chinese and I’ve been a longtime subscriber but now I’m seriously thinking I should unsubscribe.
