Even after 4 years, I still just can’t seem to get over them. Their story was just so beautiful and tragic. Clarke and Lexa were truly soulmates, destined to meet from the start. “The girl from the sky and the girl from the ground. Both leaders of their people that fell in love through all of the fighting and war.” I just love how Lexa taught Clarke to be a good & strong leader while Clarke taught Lexa that love isn’t weakness and that it’s pure and beautiful. Nothing will ever make me forget about this ship. Ugh, it still hurts 😭 (Btw outstanding job on this!! This is so well made and I’ve always associated ‘Saturn’ with CLEXA bc it’s just a ‘soulmate’ song!! I’m pretty sure I’ll be watching this almost every day now!)

I feel the same way. I always felt that these two learned a lot from eachother. Lexa mentored Clarke and Clarke taught Lexa that it was okay to love and opened her to get vulnerable. Which is contrary to everything everyone was telling Lexa to do since she was small. Here comes this girl from out of nowhere telling her that it was alright to love.
Lexa made Clarke feel protected and understood her so much. Contrasts to everyone depending on her and pulling her one way or another and judging everyone of her actions. Yeah, I do believe that they were soulmates. When Lexa appear to her in the city of lights Clarke broke down because she knew that Lexa meant so much more to hear and felt a sense of relief and love. Oh god... I can feel my eyes filling up again. Damn this show. I miss Lexa.. 💔💔💔🥺🥺😭😭

I feel like they even picked the characters that way - Lexa with brown hair and green eyes like the forest and ground. Clarke with blue eyes and blonde hair like the sky.

Isn’t it crazy how they literally kissed three times and they still had such an amazing connection it was truly about feelings and emotions Clarke loved Leda for who she was and so did Lexa
Yeah.. I think that was what made their story special. I am sure that if they were more affectionate it would of been good but not as great. They both needed to be vulnerable with eachother. Sometimes the chemistry between two people is not defined by how many kisses they share or pda but rather in the way they understand and empower eachother. They were two half's of a whole. That is why Clarke was so heartbroken after Lexa died and couldn't forget her.. it was a slow burn that only proves just how much they loved eachother. I think Lexa found a way to assure her when she appeared in the city of lights. So tragic that she had to die.

I just wished the writers would have given more thought into making their fans feel happy instead of so sad. Could have written this love couple in through the end. Plenty of room in the episodes for a wonderful love story.

Lexa was the most amazing character ever and her relationship with Clarke was so beautiful and powerful, there was nothing like this on tv before. It's sad we only had this strong and exceptional relationship for such a short time. I'm still hoping against hope that we have kind of a happy ending for Clarke and Lexa in the last season of the 100, because the ending was definitely wrong for the them.

Yes, the ending did not respectfully and lovingly allow them to live together the rest of their lives. As a fan of the show, I know I'm not alone with this loving wish. Even as much as I loved the other characters, Clark and Lexi made their fans love them, then had their hearts broken without any means to accept forever absence. We all really could have left the series with a smile instead of tears and sadness. Respectfully I felt sad at the end. Thanks to all the actors for their excellent performance.

you know why this ship is so popular? 1. actors did an amazing job. 2. chemistry ( just look at those eyes god) + meaningful conversations. they've learned a lot from each other for a short time.

lexa was truly legendary. they were legendary. i've never seen such a beautiful story in television, they had SO much potential.
i'm never getting over how it ended, the way SHE died. it's absolutely frustrating.
I know each time I rewatch The 100 I try to skip the part where she gets shot and dies because it always makes me cry so much, she was such an awesome character and I loved her so much.

One of the most beautiful stories I've ever seen in a series production. The love between them is so pure, beautiful, delicate. The author showed that it doesn't take strong scenes and lots of kisses to show the love that lives inside them, the chemistry came from looks, deep words and an extraordinary chemistry. Clexa’s forever in our memory. 😢❤️
I've just discovered this series. It's the 1st time in my life that I like a character so much: Lexa. And that my heart was broken when she died.
I so wanted to continue the love story between Lexa and Clarke.
Lexa is such an emotional, courageous, strong character who agrees to hide her feelings for Clarke, who agrees to love him in silence, who agrees to wait until Clarke is ready to love her back.
And Alycia Debnam Carey doesn't just play Lexa, she is Lexa. There's so much feeling, so much emotion in this character. Lexa has so many values.
I'd have liked to spend more time with this character, to see her again, perhaps in a spin-off. It was a big mistake to make her die, because there was still so much to tell between Lexa and Clarke.

It's sad Alycia had to go back to her other show. I knew she wasn't gonna be on the show forever because she was only a guest star, but still i wasn't prepared. Eliza and Alycia's friendship in real life if goals though.
I didnt know its possible for the fans to love some guest star, until Lexa. Their love story is so beautiful yet tragic.

I won't watch that scene; i will watch everything before it and then that bit I skip because I just can't handle it. I hate crying, I really do and I cried hard the first time I watched it. So I won't watch it again, I just put lexa somewhere safe in my head and leave her there.
I rewatched it just under a week ago and felt broken. Literally had to grieve for days - couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep well, emotional and crying a lot, felt so raw and laid on the ground. How can a fictional character make me feel like this? It’s archetypal tragedy and makes you believe in the purity of true love and feel how tragic life can be.
@@Tallonest exactly, but a quick answer is that our brains can’t tell that it’s a fictional character so because you’ve grown to love her like a real person it’s grieving like it would actually grieve a real person, kinda sad tho 🥲

Am I crazy or was Lexa the only one that really understood Clarke? I know her friends love her, but sometimes they would be so judgmental and hard on Clarke. She felt protected by Lexa and understood.

A really nice video, best couple ever, true soul mates, magnificent chemistry! And that eye connection, expressions, attitude without talking, are hard to be found on a show! Its sure they will live forever! As for the script, they should have found a way to banish the character of Lexa, only to have the opportunity to get her back later. By killing the character they just proved that showrunners find easy solutions and totally disrespect the fan base
