Loving this series! Tip for new sling owners: before you cut your super long sling, consider if you want to use it as a 'backpack' style sling. This can be simply described as a two-point sling with two straps running to the same two connection points. When you want, you split the straps and wear them like backpack straps.

I just got the bfg qd and I absolutely love it. It is definitely a pricey sling at $80 but it is the only sling I need.

I always attach the sling to the MOLLE under my carry handle on my plate carrier. I then route it down my shoulder straps on the plate carrier. It transfers the weight of the gun to my plate and allows quick ambidextrous shooting.
