Why do you not pick up one style of riding and respect the rules for that? For example drive like you were on a bike? or on a motorbike? Stay away from pedestrians... drive on the left side of the road stay away from the midle of the road.

Bikes stay on the left side of the road because they cant go as fast as the flow of traffic. The scooter hes riding is capable of going 60mph so whats the point of staying to the left when nothings going to overtake you. Scooters are smaller, more quiet and lighter than motorcycles so as long as you’re going a sensible speed past pedestrians i see no problem.
